Weight room / Sports hall

Laufband im Fitnessraum des JUFA Hotels Eisenerz - NAZ.

The weight room and the sports hall are located in the NAZ training campus.

The weight room (approx. 100 m²) has various “Gym 80 and Cybex” training equipment as well as medicine and exercise balls for effective whole-body training. Eight ergo bikes, a treadmill and a sling trainer are available on further 70 m².

The 180 m² sports hall contains football goals, basketball hoops, a volleyball net, climbing poles, wall bars, ceiling rings, vaulting boxes, gymnastics benches, mini trampolines, soft floor mats, gymnastics mats, and balls.

The sports hall also offers changing rooms and shower facilities.
